Cold Crunchy Bacon
7One day, don’t eat all your bacon.
No, I’m not kidding.
Try it cold. Like most good things, it will be worth the wait. Especially if you like crispy crunchy bacon.
Cold bacon is a bit of a phenomenon in the wild.
This is because it requires leftover bacon, or bacon that’s not been immediately gobbled up. Which are both rare instances akin to a Sasquatch siting. Nearly impossible.
The cold really brings out the crunch in the bacon. It’s so satisfying.
<Munch, crunch, crunch, munch.>
COLD CRUNCHY BACON
- Cook your bacon
- Drain on paper towels.
- Eat some. Don’t eat all. (You’ll wish you saved more…)
- Put the bacon paper towel plate right in the fridge.
- Try to forget about it.
- After 6-10 hours take it out and eat immediately!

Gotta try this!!
do it!
I can try but just don’t know if I can NOT eat it all…wait 6 to 10 hours? ARGH!
i know. this is a colossal challange. the other option is to intentionally make extra. that usually doesn’t work either…
