Ok, ok, so I know it doesn’t really look like much. Photos aren’t my strength.

(Also, hunger > patience)


That there’s a picture of warm, drizzly bacon vinaigrette with hints of garlic and onion, chunks of creamy blue cheese, and crispy bits o’ bacon.

Fo’ drizzle!

I think it’s perfect for veggies — salads, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, etc. And fish. And chicken. And maybe even scrambled eggs.

I’ll keep you … posted (haha, “posted,” get it?)

Tangy Bacon Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

  • cooked, crumbled bacon
  • 4-6 tbsp bacon grease, liquified
  • 2-4 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl.
