You know how the FDA has gone through a variety of food pyramid schemes?

Here, let me refresh your memory …

I know I always trust the U.S. government to decided what’s best for me.

So, FDA, meet the new & improved food pyramid. It covers all the basic food groups.

Recipe and dietary guidelines all in one.  😉

  1. The USDA food pyramid, and Canada’s Food Guide, are frequently indistinguishable from the nutrition formula used to fatten hogs for the stockyard. Just sayin’.
Mmmmm… I love bacon and chocolate together!

  2. Um… that looks delicious! Do you have a specific recipe for it?

  3. despicooks says:

  4. This will be made! We are allergic to nuts here but I can easily concoct a safe recipe that will please! Thanks for the idea!

    • this can def be made nut-free! I’ve done it without the nut butter.
You can use the same recipe above, just a little lighter on the oil and/or adding a little cocoa powder if it seems a bit runny.

      enjoy! 🙂

  5. That looks incredible! Must make and eat now.

  6. Ahhhh I need to make this immediately! Looks amazing! Thanks for the recipe 😀
