Bacon Buffalo Chicken Drummies

Bacon Buffalo Chicken Drummies

Are you having a barbecue for the 4th … or at least doing some sort of grilling?

Hot dogs? Burgers? Potato salads? Coleslaw? Flag-themed Jello?

Sounds wicked boring.

If there’s no form of bacon at your barbecue, I’m not coming.

But if you use this recipe, which will also bump you up in the neighborhood rankings to the level of “griller extraordinaire,” I’ll consider stopping by.

🙂

BACON BUFFALO CHICKEN DRUMMIES

INGREDIENTS:

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Per BACON BUFFALO HOT SAUCE, warm bacon grease on stove top or in oven, just until melty. Stir in garlic, lime juice, hot sauce(s), black pepper and salt, to taste.
  2. Add roughly half of hot sauce mixture into a plastic Ziploc bag. Set aside rest of sauce.
  3. Drop drumsticks in the Ziploc bag. Swish to coat in hot sauce. Let marinate for 1-6 hours.
  4. Remove drumsticks from bag. Grill.
  5. Use reserved hot sauce for dipping.

  1. Wait. You mean to tell me there are those who actually BBQ without using any form of bacon? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? Better yet, how is it legal for them to roam the streets?? BBQ is only BBQ when pork is involved.
